Jacoby Cues warrants all components of the cue for the life of the product. This excludes warpage & replaceable parts ie (tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, & bumper). This warranty applies to Jacoby cues purchased directly from Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. or an authorized Jacoby Retailer or Distributor.
All Jacoby Cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced (with product of equal value) without charge.
Jacoby cues are warranted to be free from material flaws,material defects, and manufacturing defects. This warranty is void if your Jacoby Cue has third party alterations, after-market products or if it has been subject to mishandling, abuse, or worked on by an entity other than Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. Jacoby does not warrant its cues against any damage caused by third parties.The warranty applies to original purchaser/owner and is non-transferable. Warranties may be voided if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. All claims are resolved at the discretion of Jacoby Custom Cues Inc.

The form must be filled out completely and included with the product in a padded box or tube and shipped to Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. If the form does not have all relevant information included there could be a delay on the estimated repair time.

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are usually shipped via FED-EX with tracking and drop-off without signature. When any of our customers order Jacoby products online, we will provide a link to track the package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
