Our maple shafts, (which come standard with our break cues as well as our introductory cue lines) are created using the finest, hand-selected hard rock maple. Like all of the Jacoby wood shafts, each shaft undergoes our specialized "seasoning" process, ensuring a consistently straight, smooth shaft that's extremely resistant to warpage. This "seasoning" process involves turning each shaft down in small increments over the course of several months. All Jacoby Maple Playing shafts come standard as 13mm (+.2mm -.1mm). Custom sizes may be ordered for a standard upcharge.
