The Ultra shaft has all the benefits; more power, increased smoothness, unprecedented radial consistency, improved chalk resistance, and superior durability. The Jacoby Ultra Pro shaft is constructed from 140 pieces of hard rock maple veneer. The veneer undergoes a lamination process under immense pressure to ensure a solid bond. After a lengthy cure time, each shaft is then turned down over the course of several moths utilizing Jacoby's proprietary seasoning process to prevent warping. All of these things together produce the Ultra Pro's superior quality and play-ability, unmatched by any other high-end performance shafts.
